Welcome to the Zippy Copy Online Ordering System. Through our innovative, easy-to-use system, you can send graphic files and documents directly from your computer to Zippy Copy for processing and completion!

If you are a new customer, you must REGISTER to use our online system. Prior to registration, please have your document(s) ready to upload into our system. For multiple files or files larger than 2 MB, please compress (ZIP) them into a compressed folder prior to uploading. Note: A broadband (Cable, DSL, T1) Internet connection is recommended when uploading files larger than 2 MB.

If your computer's operating system does not support zipping files, please download, install and run a program such as WINZIP before uploading your files.

FILE PREP INFORMATION

Zippy Copy can accept your computer document for digital output in several different formats.

PDF

The recommended method to submit your file is as an Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format). By creating a PDF you ensure that your document will print as you intended it to. By creating a PDF your file is assured of retaining the format, graphics and fonts used in your original software program. If you do not currently own Adobe Acrobat software but would like to create a pdf for this order, you can create a PDF online from many common file formats at ADOBE.com.
